Description

The Clinical Genetics service at The Children's Hospital at Westmead provides consultation and counselling regarding diagnosis and therapy for children and adults with:

inheritable disorders
chromosomal abnormalities
dysmorphic syndromes
non-syndromic congenital anomalies
familial cancer
Genetic diagnostic consultation and counselling are also offered in association with the following clinics:

Limb Deficiency clinic (with Rehabilitation)
Craniofacial clinic (with Plastic Surgery)
Outreach genetics clinics are provided to the Western NSW Health District at Dubbo and at Orange

Prenatal, Child and Adult counselling for genetic conditions
