We provide individual counselling as well as run a number of group courses. "

Services Provided

"Individual counselling for children, teens and adults dealing with a range of issues that effect many of our lives including anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship and/or couples counselling as well as family breakdown and trauma. We run some group therapy especially designed to develop resilience in children and teens as well groups for adults to assist with overcoming anxiety and making positive change in their lives. We also have a DBT program. Some of our psychologists are registered for counselling that fall under insurance claims as well as the NDIS. "

Monday to Saturday 8.30am-6pm


Ample parking in the Council Carpark next door and within easy walking distance of Epping train station.


YES- for 1 hour individual counselling session


No referral is required however if you wish to claim a portion of the cost through medicare a MHCP referral will need to have been completed by your local doctor PRIOR to your appointment.

$185.00-$230.00 for 1 hour individual sessions. After medicare rebate (with a MHCP) the out of pocket cost is around $100
