Horizon Community Centre is based in the Lalor Park retail area next to Lalor Park Pizza. Our centre provides a counseling service, community groups, play groups, mothers support group and other events.
Horizon Community Centre is an initiative of Citywest Church.
Services Provided
Counseling, Support Groups, Playgroups, Mums & Bubs, Homework Groups, and special events. Our rooms and small auditorium are all available for hire.

Parking is available at the front of the centre and in the surrounding car park
