Hillsong Citycare provides community services for vulnerable people from a range of backgrounds (refugees, DV victims, the economically vulnerable, and youth).

Citycare has office at two locations: 20/198-222 Young St Waterloo, 2017 and

10A 40-44 Brookhollow Avenue, Baulkham Hills 2153

Services Provided

Both locations: Counselling services, free food hamper assistance, community building BBQs, Youth program partnerships in various schools and community youth centres e.g. PCYC Redfern, Christmas gifts and food hampers for individuals and families in need. Baulkham Hills only: Health Centre - Medical and Psychology services. Waterloo only: Food vouchers, gas and electricity vouchers.

Opening Hours

Baulkham Hills: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00pm (by appointment) for counselling


Limited parking onsite for both locations


Appointment required for Baulkham hills food relief services


Clients may call or email us directly or via their social worker

Catering To



There are only costs associated with counselling and psychology and vary depending on the service and various factors such as if the clients has private health cover etc.
