Description
The service provides confidential counselling and education aimed at reducing the harmful impacts of alcohol, tobacco and illicit drugs for people who would like to attempt changing their lifestyle. The service liaises with other agencies and treatment services as required, in order to coordinate care and positive outcomes for clients. Periodically the service also offers free and confidential groups, for both people with substance use issues and/or their families and carers, as well as conducting various outreach educational services to local organisations, such as schools, TAFEs and Non Government Organisations.
